This is our proposal for the interior reconstruction
of the BD Swiss Holding LTD offices situated at the
‘Hyper Tower’, in Limassol, Cyprus. The proposed
space has the capacity to accommodate up to
171 users (5th floor-85 users, 4th floor-86 users).
The design and location of each department as
well as the level of privacy are according to the
specifications given by the company.

Aiming to generate sustainable, flexible and
pleasant workspaces for creative users, our
proposal is based around the notion of the
boundary. This is a multifunctional, demountable
‘wall’ which depending on the needs of the users
allows zones to be created, offering multiple levels
of privacy, use and operation: as a bookshelf,
TV unit, plant wall, or as a space divider with
sliding panels and pinboards.

 

The result is a fluid work experience which allows

users to make the decision whether they want

to work privately or with other users.

Pop-up meeting spaces, one to one offices,

as well as small venues for
presentations can be also organized around the
‘wall’. The various combinations and options of
office layout can be adapted at any time to the
changing needs of the company.
